- When will I receive my order? As soon as receipt of your payment has been received it takes our team 48 hours to process your order and get it under way. Most of the time your order will be dispatched shortly after (2-3 Business Days). If you’re based in Australia you will receive your order within 5 Business Days*, or if you’ve purchased from overseas, allowing for international processing bumps this up to 10 Business Days. In the vary rare case something funky happens as a result of our shipping carrier (Australia Post) we’ll do our best to let you know as soon as we know (or please, let us know!) and we’ll chase it down as fast as we can.
- How will my order be delivered? In most cases if you’re not based locally, we’ll ship to you directly from Amazon which means your order will come as an ‘Amazon delivery’ — directly from us to you! This allows you to receive your order sooner, in most cases, otherwise if it is quicker, you’ll receive it directly from our door to yours! Either way, we track all orders and will send you updates when and/or as they’re available.
- What shipping carrier do you use? Our preferred carrier is Australia Post, however, we’ve also partnered with Amazon to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Most of the time, we’ll ship direct from Amazon to you and you’ll receive your order much sooner. Either way, we’ll be one message away from updating you on your order and by integrating both local and a global carrier network in Amazon, you’re guaranteed to get your items as soon as possible.
- Shipping times: *Currently 1-2 Weeks from point of order. However, shipping times vary on country of delivery. A small flat rate for shipping is between $7.99 to $25 for all international orders but most often we can sidestep this with our Downloads at ZERO additional costs. Currency: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise. As AM8 International ships globally and EXPRESS for no additional charge, you’ll find your country specific currency at check out courtesy of PayPal, our primary choice of payments to guarantee buyer protection world-wide.

It’s free to join, however if you’d prefer to use another payment method, we also accept standard payment methods (i.e. Visa and MasterCard) and ApplePay. - Taxes: All taxes applicable for your country of origin and/or custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. For Australian customers, GST is inclusive in all prices. For International customers, all prices exclude any applicable duty and/or import taxes and/or fees, including but not limited to, custom fees and/or applicable taxes that the customer is responsible for and acknowledges when placing an order.
- Tax Deductions: Due to our educational-spin with all texts solidified with an academic footprint, they’re eligible for tax deductions. This means that YES, you can write them off as a taxable “learning” expense and YES, can download your invoice of purchase inside your account at any time post-purchase.
- Order updates: Once receipt has been received, all orders are processed within 24 hours to ensure there’s limited impact on current delivery times, however as we use Australia Post this is also dependent on their timeframes (please read above). Tracking numbers will be sent for eligible orders. If you’d like to ask about your delivery, please fill out the Contact form and we’ll reply within 48 hours.
- I didn’t receive a Tracking Number? Not all orders will be sent with a Tracking Number but rest assured, the Team keeps track of all orders. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame or if you’d like an update on your order, please Contact Us or ask directly inside the Topicthread Group.
- Are the books stocked by AM8 International text books and/or can they be used for multipurpose? That’s exactly how the books are designed! You’ll notice we stock ‘academic’ texts that have a more scientific twist and their content is ideal for courses and curriculum models that range from high school sport programs, tertiary undergraduate courses, or to coach education frameworks, all the way to current or former athletes, players, coaches and parents with a sports performance interest. Our academic range centres on elite research, whilst our general range centres on performance to take away the ‘quantity’ from athletes’ schedules, replacing this with ‘quality’ in the palm of their hands.
- Where are you located? AM8 International is based on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia. We are a distributed team with our Printers based right here in Australia and the United States. ALL orders sent directly from the Gold Coast, Australia are inspected personally, whilst orders dispatched directed from Amazon are handled by our third-party supplier. If upon arrival you experience a quality issue, please get in touch with the Team and attach pictures of the issues to ensure a speedy and quick resolution.
- Custom fees (again): For orders outside Australia, any additional fees associated with delivery, including Taxes and Custom fees, are the buyers responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
- Is it possible to participate in one of Dr. Berge’s coaching sessions? With limited times and places available, please complete our contact form, or if performance specific, head to appointments, where you will then be advised of availabilities. Please note in-person appointments are currently restricted to the SE whilst video-based analyses remain open internationally.
- Why can’t I read more about coaching and performance? Currently AM8 International’s larger focus is our publishing of primarily Dr. Berge’s work and our niche area. Dr. Berge has limited availabilities at this time, but as time permits we will move to include a more thorough program, alternatively, head to Book Me at Topicthread to sneak in a quick Q & A which are limited.
- How do I check my order or previous purchase history? For any details about your account, simply login to My Account where your personal details are available. Please feel welcome to update these or download copies of your purchase history and/or receipts directly from your very own account.
